Terms of use

This development build contains the future terms location. Binding marketplace terms must be legally reviewed before public paid services are enabled.

Current account-stage rules

Users must be at least 18, keep account credentials secure and must not misuse Domisure, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, submit deliberately false information or use the service for unlawful activity.

Marketplace rules

Production terms should cover advertiser eligibility, listing standards, acceptable use, verification, moderation, fees, suspension, intellectual property, liability, dispute handling and country-specific requirements.

No legal promise from verification

Verification and trust indicators provide information, not a guarantee of another user's conduct, the legal status of a tenancy or the suitability of a property.
